The Kirk Session is the Court of the Church.  It is the decision making body within the the Church which looks after the Spiritual life of the Church Members, providing for Christian Worship, Education and the Sacraments of Lord's Supper and Baptism.

In Westwood Church the Kirk Session is made up of 53 Elders and the Minister who acts as Moderator of the meeting.  The Kirk Session meets every second month.
