Westwood Parish Church is a congregation of the Church of Scotland and part of the Presbytery of Hamilton. I hope that you will enjoy browsing through this site and learning something about the life of our congregation.  In the following links to The Church of Scotland, and The Presbytery of Hamilton you can learn more about our traditions. Westwood Parish Church is situated at the top of Belmont Drive, East Kilbride, Glasgow, Scotland.  There are 750 members in a Parish of 9,000 people.  East Kilbride has a population of around 80,000.

Mission Statement

As an expression of its faith in Jesus Christ, Westwood Church strives to be a welcoming, caring church expressing a concern for people of all ages within its community and beyond.  It recognises that people may be affected by social change, poverty, illness, loneliness and the effects of drugs misuse.  Westwood Church resolves to remain a force for stability and continuity in the community and a determined upholder of Christian values.  It offers to all the benefits of its religious services, pastoral care and its other activities.
