Drum EK – Djembe Drumming
Drum EK is a drumming group for adults who consider they have mental health and / or wellbeing needs. The group aims to reduce social isolation and improve well-being. As confidence improves members find other activities to manage their week and so improve their lives such as participation in other community groups, volunteering, education and employment.
