Hall Hires
Westwood Parish Church welcomes enquires for the hire of the hall facilities. The hall hires you can request here are for one off events e.g. children’s birthday parties. Groups seeking regular use of halls are processed in a different way.
The church halls are busy on weekdays from morning to evening but hires for Saturday mornings or afternoons and Sunday afternoons are possible. At this moment in time we only taking bookings for children’s birthday parties. Other events, fundraisers or social occasions are NOT within our scope at the present time.
If you wish to enquire about hiring for a children’s birthday party at either Westwood or Greenhills please complete the form below, choosing your venue and submit. Westwood and Greenhills Churches are run by volunteers so it may take a few days before you get a reply to confirm or otherwise.
We may be asked you for a non-refundable deposit and as you would expect any damages must be paid for. Your activities will not be covered under church insurances so make sure you have insurance cover for things like Bouncy Castles! And there are some kinds of activities our halls are not suitable for like using roller skates and skateboards. If you have any questions about the kind of parties you can hold in the church halls just submit them in the request form.
