Man Cave?
For too long we’ve been hiding at home, anxious about the spread of Covid 19. We certainly have not eradicated the virus but we have reacehd a point where it’s as safe as it’s ever going to be to be in the company of others.
The Men’s Fellowship has re-grouped, re-organised and embraced a simpler approach to its meetings. And it’s working great!!!
The men that come along are enjoying a less formal approach to the pre-pandemic format of welcomes and guest speakers and votes of thanks. Basically, it is now about meeting socially and enjoying each other’s company while pretending to be able to play bowls, snooker, dominoes or scrabble (not neccesiarlily all at the same time). If you feel a need to re-establish some social connections or even create some new ones, get all the gossip and join in with the banter you couldn’t meet a more decent bunch of lads.
The lads meet every Friday at 7pm within the church’s Duncanrig Hall and any who may, or may not, be part of the life of the church are welcome to be a part of this.
